Kitten Weight GainIs there a 'normal' amount kittens should weigh, or put on per week? We've had them now for just over 2 weeks. 2 days after we got them their weights were: Abi - 314g Trouble - 398g I last weighed them on 19th August, and their weights were: Abi - 405g Trouble - 519g Does this seem acceptable for kittens who had a bad start, and were taken from their Mum so early?

How old are they now? I think that weight gain looks fine, they've put on 45-50g a week and if they had a bad start (sorry I don't know their story) they will be making up for it now! |
