We're having 'griddled cold-smoked salmon fillets on puy lentils with nutmeg-dusted spinach', as a poncy recipe would say! It's one of my favourite dishes, minimal preparation, cooked in less than 40 minutes, not much clearing up and it's really yummy (and it's good for you - omega-3 fish oils, low GI and vitamin C and fibre ) Bon appetit everyone, whether you're having a feast or fish'n'chips (and there's something to be said for both of those) |

Asda's meal deal currys are the best imo. Especially their Tandorri chicken massala Tonight we had cheese and chestnut mushroom omelette cooked by hubby. It was yummy!! |

Emma it was delicious, as Fran says Asdas meal deal curries are the best. Oh had the hot Chicken Tikka Masala and I had the normal strength, it was sooo good and so cheap. We go to Asda for the curry then shop at Tesco |
