Patches ? 1986 - April 19th 2006My lovely brindled tortie, Patches, went to sleep one night last year, and woke up on the Rainbow Bridge. She was a shy, much loved little girl who had a long life and is very much missed. This is not a good pic, she hated having her picture taken. Romp in the catnip fields with my other cats, Patchie, and wait for me.

It's nice to see a pic of Patches Eileen - I hadn't realised she was a fluffy-bum. A year .... mmm, must be about that for my Tizz too. |

Thanks all; can't believe it's been a year....she was a very sweet natured cat; had a strange life...at least 5 homes! Where ever she came from, the animal shelter in upstate NY, the college boy's room, his parents home (sister turned out to be violently allergic!), an finally a permanent home with me! Took her literally years not to run when people came in...she thought she was going to be uprooted again......she was at least 15 by the time she finally decided she was safe here. Died quietly in her sleep at 20. |
