Oh my gosh she's so tiny and precious. What a sad start to life, all alone in a garden. The next few weeks will be exhausting with your new baby, keep the updates coming. All the best x |

Just to let you all know I lost this little one last week it's taken me until now to be able to talk about it. She was doing really well, eating well, weeing and pooing no problem, wriggling around and just generally seemed good. Tuesday afternoon she began to deteriorate, didn't want to feed so I syringed her drop by drop and gave her some glucose, same again later in the evening and she seemed to pick up. Then about an hour after her last feed she was cuddled up in her blanket on my lap and just suddenly began to gasp, and then she was gone I can at least take comfort that she passed away warm and loved with a full tummy, instead of cold and alone in that garden. Sleep tight little one, you were only with me a short time but you touched my heart and I miss you |

I am so sorry to read this Amber. I was thinking about her only yesterday and wondering how she was doing. It was a huge ask and you did all you could for her. RIP sweetheart, you were indeed precious. |
