We have turkey and pork although I am not majorly fond of either prefering chicken, lamb or beef but it's a tradition here that we have them

We have a roast ham on Boxing Day. I guess it's just a tradition in our family!?

Re: Are you a Turkey or a Goose

I'm neither a goose nor a turkey...I'm a

!!! Never cooked a goose, and a turkey is way too big for a single person! New Years is traditionally ham and black-eyes peas (for luck!).

Re: Are you a Turkey or a Goose

See I love Duck but I am the only one so we have turkey and pork, have turkey on New Years day too. On boxing day its normaly a lovely joint of beef (lovely with a salad in the afternoon)

Duck is smashing Mags, well worth trying honestly - even if I can't convert anyone else in my family.

Edited to say Sorry Mags never had goose but Duck is smashing I imagine Duck to be very similar.
