Looks like I'm gonna need a plumberWell went and bought washers and o-rings cos I couldn't remember what went in my taps. Took my taps apart and the o rings are in one piece so I have no idea why my tap is leaking  I've checked my handy womans book and basically if the o rings/washers don't need replacing then it's time to call in the plumber  Good job there's a bloke down the road who's a plumber for the council and owes us a few favours  Not a good day

Oh Nae I'm sorry your not having a good day. Your taps sound like the one's we had. We also got a drippy tap. When Derek took it to bits there was no washer, we had to replace the whole tap. Hope it's not the case for you. |

Okay sorted. Whenw e took the taps apart again we changed the washers cos apparently the washer that was there was too small. Anyway no leaking tap now  |

Was just going to say is the washer in the tap the right washer but as normal I was too slow sorry, |
