A spot of colour at last!Everything has been growing well since the hot April days, we haven't had very much rain at all so the hose and watering cans have been busy ...... The baskets ....    You may notice someone snatching 40 winks here...

Really nice Mags. I notice you rare and special cat sleeper, do you get many birds?????? some of my baskets are just starting to kick in another month I think and there may be something worth photographing. |

Thanks all! I love to see everything growing well and colourful at this time of the year.Kazz, there are trees beyond the fence at the back and by the noise that's coming from them at the moment, I would say there are a few nests in there. Cassie will sit on the fence and watch them. However we do occasionally get the odd bird or two in the garden when Cassie isn't around. Fortunately Cassie has never been a bird hunter to my knowledge, and she is indoors at night so never hunts for mice.  |
