Its because of things like this.....that I know Im in the right job  My job can be really hard at times, and it gets me wondering why Im doing it. But just when you need a pick me up the clients are there to put a smile on your face I got this today off a client with a little not on the back that said - "To Erin, my angel,better now,thankyou much xxx" I think she was trying to say hope your better now and thankyou, shes a star and has done a brilliant job on this -

Thanks all,Im so proud of her for this,she is really quite shakey so this took alot of effort from her,my manager said that she spent the whole day I was off doing it and 2 hours last night while she was supporting her |
