Daily Thread/Sunday

Morning all.
The sun is trying to poke its little head through the clouds here. Gotta go out and look for a new washing machine, current one is making a hell of a racket and leaking water. Eva and Bernie are walking around acting like theri throats have been cut, the poor loves. Gotta get some shopping in too and might have a mosey round a few shops.
Just having a brew, then showered and dressed, then off i go.
Have a fab day all xxx

Re: Daily Thread/Sunday

well John's gone fishing. The 12 girls are still here. They will be going at 12.00. Then I'm going to bath Chico & have a go at his knotts. I have a weeks worth of washing to get through. The chickens to clean out. I need to go to my sisters house & print something as my printer is dead! then the roast to cook & the school bags & work stuff to get ready for tomorrow. My mate is coming later to get a photo of Harry the cat for some publication & I have a couple of rotas to do for work. I'll never have time next week to do them, so might as well do it today! Oh & a litter of kittens to go and microchip at some point.

So quite a busy day in store.

Re: Daily Thread/Sunday

Afternoon, ladies! Sun is back and it's 3 degrees! I have noticed the birds have started to sing again since the days are finally getting longer...the mockingbird was singing his head off on the way to the market; nice to hear them again after the Winter silence!

Nothing new to report, just the usual relaxed Sunday...enjoy, all!

Re: Daily Thread/Sunday

Let me know how it goes with Chico Kelly - that'll tell me whether to invest in industrial-strength protective gloves!

OH is very unwell today - has spent most of the day in bed (where he still is) - what goes round comes round I say, sorry no sympathy here . . .

My Mum and brother have been here for Sunday lunch, considering he and I hadn't spoken for 5 years prior to last August it was a real delight to see him messing around playing football with Dominik in the garden - he's even talking about taking him to the Dr Who exhibition in Earls Court!

Both boys happily in bed now and I'm about to embark on some ironing and may then watch a bit of TV. I have a hankering for a REAL bit of 80s TV on DVD - might get Flipside of Dominick Hide out . . . I love it
