I think it helps as they get older, had a little problem with Cleo and constipation (enough that she was worrying me to death) the sardines seem to have helped beyond all my wildest dreams with no vets intervention |

My dogs have those as part of their raw diet Kazz because they don't tolerate raw fish too well. I think the are the smart price range at Asda...and yes my cats love them too |

Some of you may remember Patches, who passed away at 20 this Spring: well, she adored sardines, but the ones in olive oil; never constipated. And Misty, who passed at 19 1/2 was also a sardine lover. Leia looks at them in horror and tries to bury them; maybe I should try the ones in tomato sauce...... |

Never tried sardines but might just give them a go. Kitty constipation is never a problem in our household . . . . they get through litter like it's going out of fashion |
