Sunny Sunday (still cold tho')

Hi all - gorgeous here today, blue sky, dry and sunny. Still lots of snow on the ground.

We're off to the first of Scotlands rugby matches in the 6 nations today. Scotland v Wales at Murrayfield in Edinburgh - should be a good game.

So off to walk dogs, feed cats and check sheep.

Have a great day everyone.

Re: Sunny Sunday (still cold tho')

hi everyone.. wrap up warm for the rugby match.

Got up early today and had breakfast with John before he went fishing. Cats & dog sorted, so I think I will read my book for an hour before collecting Lucy from her sleepover. She called me to say they didn't get to sleep until 4am (she will be really moody later!)
Lamb for dinner today, yummy....
Just got to pop out at some point today to microchip a foster cat we have with another fosterer.
Then paperwork & more tidying up to do.

OGGI OGGI OGGI!!!!!

Come on Wales

Just come back from the beach with Poppy and Bess. I'm in a foul mood as they both misbehaved. Dog training teaches you not to tell a dog off for not coming back to you but its just not working. She ignored me constantly and ended up chasing a pack of runners and jumped up all over them. I don't know what to do????

Need to get more dog food and shall just count the hours till bedtime. Hate weekends on my own.

Oh dear Natalie. Why not take a long hot bath & then maybe you will feel better? Makes you feel crap when your dogs are naughty doesn't it? But maybe they were just having a naughty day, hopefully they will be better tomorrow.

Re: Sunny Sunday (still cold tho')

Glorious day here... sunny, already 15 degrees and not even lunch time! Nice enough to walk to the market rather than take the bus, a welcome change; I can use the exercise. Just the usual Sunday routine, papers and crossword. I'm having that bacon, cabbage and noodle dish I posted in the Recipe Sticky again; have added mushrooms; better with the addition, I think.

Re the rugby match, will take no sides as we have Scottish and Welsh members, so at least some of you will be happy at the outcome!

Hope it's a lovely day for all.
