Smokey NewsI am finaly getting him neutered on either thursday or Friday this week. He had started spreying and the final straw was when he sprey up the pc monitor and broke it. I phone around most of the rescues around me and the local cats protection is loaning me a trap to catch him in. I also phoned my vets up and the day i get the trap they will neuter him the next day. He still hates other people but is so friendly to me. I have never used a trap but will practice before i try it properely. I will let you know how he gets on,

My neighbours picked the cage up for me today and he is booked in on Friday for neutering. I realy cant wait. I feel so guilty that i have tried anything like this sooner. I am praying it will stop him spreying around the house especialy on the pc monitor |

It should, will take a while before those hormones get out of his system but he should be so much better then! |

Good luck Kado - I'm sure it will go fine! I felt bad and a bit sad after taking Tigger to the vets but as other Catsey people say it is the best decision!!  |

We got him in the trap. It didnt work how it should have we had to chase him around the room and grab him by the scruff of the neck and push him in well OH did and still got scratched. We left some mackerel in and he has just started eating it. He has had a wee. He seems so shocked but i am so glad we got him finaly. Going to ask the vets for his nails to be checked and possibly a flea treatment as there is no way now he will let us go near him. I hope he forgives me. |

He's upset and angry now, but will calm down after and be your boy again...... hope all goes well tomorrow.... |
