Super scrummy Saturday

Hello everyone and welcome to this lovely sunny day
Lots of good reasons to be cheerful today.
1. It's my brthday 49 and don't care, it's a number
2. Wales are playing for the 6 Nations championship against Ireland... Cymru am Byth!
3. If Ireland win they get the grand slam ( first one in 61 years) the atmos is incredible here!
4. I'm of Irish extraction and I'm in a win-win situation
5. I'm not working ... all day!
6. I've got birthday money to spend this morning.

See you later , if I'm able to stand up!

As PP says it is a very lovely day. Just gonna be doing alot of washing a domestic stuff but thats ok. Eva and Bernie will be delighted coz it'll mean they can be in and out all day.
Nothing else really going on at the moment. G wants me to climb a mountain with him and a few friends tomorrow, havent decided if I'll go or not yet.

Have a good day every one xxx

Been having the weidest dreams the last few mornings, will post them in chat.

Lovely day here too!
Happy Birthday PP, and many happy returns. You are just a chick, so don't even think about the number.
I plan a quiet day in the garden with the papers and my book today.
Bentley caught a sparrow whilst we were out and about on errands and was disgusted at my response to his thoughtful Mothers Day gift! Bad boy. It was an ex-sparrow by the time we got home.

Happy Birthday PoshPuss! Have a great day. Glad that whatever happens at the rugby, you'll be happy! We'll be cheering for Ireland here as OH's PGM was Irish.

Lovely day here.

It's a beautiful day here too, not a cloud in the sky; still chilly only 5 degrees but supposed to warm up and just sort of feels like Spring. Noticed on the way to the library that the magnolias are starting to bloom, just lovely, and maybe they'll make it this year as no frost is predicted. Speaking of the library, just started my book club selection last night and am loving it so far! Haas anyone heard from Smudgley ...getting worried about Bluebell...

Happy birthday, PP, enjoy! Elaine, mountain climbing is definitely NOT my thing, but at least they'll be no cows up there.... . Janey, sorry you're poorly, take care! Poor Bentley, mum didn't appreciate his thoughtful gift...

Wishing lots of sunshine and good things to all!

Happy Birthday PP! Have a lovely birthday evening

Beautiful day here. It started off grey and windy but I was determined and put on a skirt and denim jacket, and by the time I was in town, lo and behold the sun came out Put me in such a good mood. I bought two small bunches of roses, one yellow and one hot pink, and have them sitting on the table beside me - really brings the sunshine inside. They're one of the few flowers that aren't toxic to cats but luckily I like them (and they're my middle name!)

OH was working all day overtime (normally he's Mon - Fri) so I said I'd make him dinner when he came in. I wonder if he'd then object to watching Gosfard Park? I've always wanted to see it but he normally leaves the room when anything period-dramaesque comes on the tv. His loss!

Hope everyone's having a lovely weekend. I've got gym then lunch with a friend I haven't seen in ages tomorrow. The weekend has gone too quickly!
