Shilo, Sadee, & Sasha :)Here are the 3 kittens! Our little babies  They are growing up into beautiful cats, although they will always be our little kittens! Shilo: She was born August 4th, 2007. Shilo is the 1st daughter of Spookys. She is the most needy girl in the kitty family. Shilo must always lay with or be with another cat. But shes the sweetest little girl who is very playful. Shilo is always trying to get the other cats to play!  Sadee: She was born August 4th, 2007. Sadee is the 2nd daughter of Spookys. We almost lost her one night, her body was shutting down because Shilo was getting most of the milk. So we ended up hand feeding her & wow she has grown up into a huge kitty! Sadee is complete opposite from Shilo, she prefers to be alone, except she can't resist chasing after the other 2 kittens when they run around.  Whenever we go to pet her - she stands up so we can pet her just that much faster - its precious!  Sasha: She was born in 2007 (birthdate not known just yet) We saved Sasha from a home where she wasn't getting properly taken care of. We went from having 8 cats to 9 cats in a night. When she came to us, she had ear mites, she was underweight & her heart was racing. With a trip to the vet, healthy food, & tender loving care, she is thriving!  She is a brand new kitty cat!You should see her now, she follows us everywhere! Sasha is our little sidekick kitty - wherever we are - she will be there too. Must admit we get teary eyed seeing how happy she is, she makes sure that we know that she loves her new home  Sasha is Shilo & Sadees adopted sister   And that completes our lovely kitty family!! They are the pride & joy of our home

Just wanted to share the happy story of our girl Sasha On a cold Sunday night, My husband came across a beautiful brown kitten in need of help. She was in a home that did not care about her. She was put in the basement like a prisoner. She was starving with ears full of mites. There was not a single cat toy in sight. My husband had to come back home to get our cat food so she can at least have a full tummy. A few hours passed by & I knew the reason why. He was spending time with her When he came home, I opened the door to find a furry brown girl kitten in his hands. I smiled at him & said I had a feeling he would take her. The moment she was put on the floor, the other cats gave her automatic acceptance. There were no hisses or growls. We have never seen anything like it. We think they knew that she needed our help. She roamed the house all night, eventually stopping at the cats huge toy box. She has never seen so many toys! She was so cute! This is when she found the toy box     _____________________________________________ This was Sasha before   With proper care, unlimited love, getting her spayed, ridding her of her ear mites, & feeding her lots of yummy food... This is Sasha after (now) A very happy & healthy cat!!    We call her our Sunshine. She has so much appreciation for life. She will play with anything & everything. We love her dearly One of the greatest feelings is saving & helping a cat who needs it. Then to watch them thrive under proper care & in a loving home... Some may call her the lucky one... But honestly I think we are the lucky ones to have her!  |
