Yes, it's delicious! The trick is not to overcook it. I had it once in Portugal baked in a salt crust and so soft it fell off the bone. An easier method is to wrap in foil and bake with a delicate herb such a dill or tarragon and a splash of lemon juice and enjoy |

I've never tried it; I'm not terribly venturesome when it comes to fish. I usually stick to my favorites: trout, salmon or swordfish. I'll look at that the next time I'm in the mood for fish. |

I can vouch for Sea Bass too - I had a gorgeous dish once, baked and served on linguini with walnut and ??? herb (can't remember what). Years ago, I also won a beach angling competition - caught a Bass. |
