Off to the hospital..

After a few days of having traces of blood, on and off, in my faecies (sp)..and lack of appetite, vomiting, headaches and generally feeling 'iffy' i'm going to pop down to the emmergency department at the local hospital-best to be safe rather than sorry.
So if i dissapear off for a while...do not worry!

You take care young man - see you when you are fit and fine again (and don't get stressy about animals - they are totally wonderful, but people come first!)

Re: Off to the hospital..

Thanks for your good wishes all.
I got back about 20 mins ago...had ti wait for hours to be seen!!
Doctor was totally useless and rambled on about the same thing....after actually ASKING her to checkk certain things out, she is referring me to have some 'tests' done which i have to have done tomorrow, a biopsy from my colon and some bloods done (i have to have these done every 6-9 weeks anyway so doesnt make much difference) as she seems to think i may have a tear/cut somewhere in my colon which could mean a variety of things..
She also pointed out i have a 'strain' on my heart...which i have been told before ( again!) which is why i have had dizziness, tiredness, out of breath etc a lot lately..she told me (as i have been told a thousand times before!) that no medication would be appropriate and i merely must take life at a slower pace...and get rid of whatever/whoever is causing me stress (which of late-i have done regarding certain folk!).
She also perscribed some sleeping tablets as i have been having insane sleep patterns for a while now..
So..off to have some tests done tomorrow morning, then straight up to the G.P for him to go a bit deeper concerning my stress levels, blood pressure etc..
But feeling fine..all be it a bit drowsy after taking one of the sleepers, so will totter off to bed and stick a dvd on in a short while!
