Anyhow hope everyone is good I am just off to bed and have nothing to report.

However Angie hope all is good with your and your hubby. And remember to get Dora used to your car remember the issue with Monty and your car.

Yola looking at the picture of the new cat addition I meant to say there how the boys have grow up. Not toddlers anymore but still handsome.

Pamela hope all is still okay with Harris and bathroom duty.

Everyone have a good day.

Re: Thursday morning

Morning Kazz, morning all!

Do you know that until you mentioned it, I'd forgotten that Monty did have an issue with travelling in my car to start with, having been a good traveller in OH's car. Dora always wails a bit when put in the car but soon settles and is a good traveller. I took her to dog training last night in my car and she was fine. It must be very sad to have a dog that can't travel .... we wouldn't be able to go and meet up with other dogs. So far, The New Forest is the furthest we've gone with Monty.

Dora did well at puppy class and stayed on for juniors. We will have to keep trying with the "leave" in relation to food (she's a wee gutsoid!) but she's bright and keen to please. She had a reunion with her mum and was very excited to see her, although her mum wasn't very demonstrative!!! Mum (Hannah) put two large paws on my knees and looked me right in the eyes, wanting to know that I was caring for her Dora. I told her we were, and she got down.

OH is golfing again today, so I'm on duty.

Have a good day folks.

Re: Thursday morning

Morning! It's slightly misty here, cloudy and is turning much colder. Am in the office doing the usual.

We have had floor samples delivered today which are tumbled travertine . . . next week I have some tradesmen coming to cost various prep elements for the kitchen so it's all coming together nicely

Other good news is that OH managed to unblock the main kitchen drain this morning without recourse to the hundreds of £s needed to get someone out to unblock it. Excellent, but rather him than me

Re: Thursday morning

afternoon all.
Karen, sounds like you have been busy, i know what you mean about life taking over, lol.
Angie, glad Dora is doing well, are you bonding with her. When Kwame met his mum again she attacked him , no wonder he's such hard work
Yola, we have travetine tiles in out bathroom, glad your hubby managed to unbung the drain.
Been to work this morning, i found it hard work, physicaly, must be getting past it,lol. Seriously though we have to get into weird positions and sing and i feel a pain in my throat and neck, it's not happened whilst i've been off work. Bet you all wish you had my job, oh and i got my eyes sneezed into as well

lol, nursery rhymes Angie, i've been doing it for years as it's part of the job. I'm a terrible singer but the kids are ok with it. I think it's the strain of holding oneself in an awkward position and having to sing.
