PYO strawberries straight from the garden :)


Well this is the third lot of Strawberries I have picked from my plot, this year is the best crop I have had.

Wow! Thats a lot of strawberrys, I have some in a hanging basket and some in a strawberry pot, get 2 or 3 each day from them...

It has been a bumper crop so far this year with mine Moli, this is the third lot and I reckon I will get at least another four like this, loads of fruit on the plants to ripen as yet

Some of them are quite big as well

Just a shame the OH doesn't like strawberries

If you fancy something sweet Donna berries (Strawberries etc) are one of the best choices and of course you can have cream with them. On Atkins after induction (minimum period two weeks) you can introduce berries into your food. I believe the South Beach diet (low carb with fruit) you can eat these from day one.
