Fly free Polly - RIPMy MIL got upset this morning - her budgie Polly died. She wasn't well when my OH took MIL's cup of tea in first thing and we were going to take her to the vet, but by the time we had had our breakfast, the little bird was dead. We think she must have died of old age as she was over 12 years old! MY OH had bought two budgies to keep his mother company after her husband died as she was then living on her own and she brought the surviving budgie to stay when she moved in with us just over two and a half years ago. Fly free Polly - RIP.
