Yesterday i had a stall at my friends doll and teddy fair.

yes Karen sometimes, you get people who only collect one type of dolls, maybe teen dolls or perhaps dolls made in England.

dont worry Angie, the leather body has been sold and will soon have a head transplant.
Hope to sell the jointed body soon.

it's having a bisque shoulder head , i know because i sold the head too, you can see it in the seventh pic from the bottom, just a head and shoulders near a white baby jacket.

the shoulder plate is kind of hollow Angie and will be glued over the stump of the body and the kid stretched around the shoulders.

Shelley I have my old dolly, Myra, still up in the loft. She's similar to the big doll with white hair, I see in your picture. I had her in about 1963, my friend Su had a similar one with brown hair, mine was a yellow blond. I'll try and get a pic for you to see.
