Hi, all! The sun is out and it's above freezing!! Well, barely, 1 C (34 F) and no wind to speak of. This Winter has been unrelentingly cold, no breaks as we usually have. A lie-in day, got the recycling out and plan a lazy day with crossword and paper, no news; all's well and quiet. Hope you have a good bird count, Angie. Enjoy the day, all. |

Not nearly as exciting as MrsH's count I'm afraid Eileen. Can anyone tell me where all our Greenfinches have gone? We used to have a goodish flock of them, but I counted 1 today. |

Hi all, colder here today but still dry and no wind. Been out visiting today, now home and making dinner. Roast chicken tonight. Breagh has been out on her harness this weekend, she has no fear and is raring to go. Izzi on the other hand is scared and doesn't want to be an outdoor girlie Maybe she'll change her mind when the warmer weather arrives. We had a big surprise today - a lamb!!! We're not due to start until April but we must have missed a secret liaison some time at the end of August. Someone, somewhere was sneaky lol. Had to bring it and Mum in as it is far to cold where we are at this time of year for little lambies to be out. Mum is delighted - ad lib hay, no cold and feed twice a day. |

Okay, I've only visited it four times in the last hour - I suppose I could force myself to go again |
