Monday's thread

Morning all!
The sun has just come out here after a very misty start, it still remains warm for this time of the year though.

I've got an appointment with the hygienist at 10.30am.....I hate that more than I do going to the dentist!

Enjoy your day everyone!

Re: Monday's thread

Afternoon.
It is the most beautiful day, after a misty start.
The postman brought my autumn planting onion sets and garlic this morning, so off I went to clear a space for them today, to plant tomorrow. Got to the allotment and discovered that the autumn delivery of horse manure had arrived. Large heaps in spare ground, with signs saying, help yourself 13 barrowloads £5. So, 26 wheelbarrow loads later ...... can you hear my creaky back? I also cleared the patch I had planned to. Quiet afternoon in the sun, I think!
Hope you're lovely and sparkly now Mags!

Afternoon everyone.

Not a great day, started my new job and hated every second of it. Will stick it out till somethng else comes along. I don't think it helps when I know I won't be paid for 6 weeks

The sun came out this afternoon and it was quite pleasant walking home from work and getting the kiddies from school.

Re: Monday's thread

Went and booked a holiday this morning. Got permission from the school to take the girls out the week before half term (not something I would usually do but we've had a really stressful time of late and need a break, which the school understands). We're going to pontins in southport. Monday to friday for £59. Bargain!
