Mobile phone help.


Having spent 5yrs on pay as you go, I have taken out a contract mobile with Orange. i have a couple of quieries I wonder if any of you on contract would know the answers to.

1. I have a "package" but it doesnt include sending picture or video messages, if I sent some how would I know how much they are and how would I pay for them? I am paying by direct debit, would they automatically take out more without me knowing? Would they send me a bill?

I dont wish to appear thick, but I am where this is concerned!

Think they would send you a statement each month telling you how much they will take off the direct debit........

Yes Dawn they will add them to your next bill. You should be able to check online somewhere how much they will charge you or it should be on your contract somewhere.

I am with O2 Online and I can check whenever I like to see what I have used. I get 500 free texts and a free hour talk with my monthly charge. Each picture message counts as two texts and I can see a bill online and current usage. Hope that helps!

im on o2 and both mine cost the same 10p

I'm PAYG but hubby is on a contract with Vodafone. He gets a statement once a month telling him how much of his free minutes and texts he has used. Also if there any extra costs they are on the statement. It also says how much and what date the payment will come out of the bank. Think it is usually a couple of weeks after the statement has come...
