Meow

For those of you who don't know, Meow is a kitty who lives on our allotment. She's lived there forever, and we assume someone took her there and expected her to live off food which she caught herself. When we got our allotments, she was hanging around and was so thin. So, being the people we are, we started to feed her. She's now a lovely little kitty who loves attention and her food lol She has a cat flap in our greenhouse and sleeps in the cooler side. Please no rants about how we should bring her home, she loves it at the allotment and she's safe there.

Re: Meow

I think it's an extremely good idea to have a watch-cat at your allotment. No need to put down traps for mice and rats. She looks very healthy and she is a very pretty cat.

Re: Meow

She is lovely, and makes us visit more often! Even if it's raining and we feel fed up, she makes it enjoyable to be there. She loves all of the attention she gets, and is constantly around our feet (which stops work being done - but hey! she's worth it). She also never poos on our allotment, instead she does it on the mans across the path from us (luckily, he loves her!)

Re: Meow

She looks an extremely sweet little cat Jane and looks very happy and 'at home' at the allotment.

How kind of you and your family to give her access to your greenhouse with a cat flap .......... she has somewhere warm and draughtfree to shelter during the bad weather. She probably wouldn't settle indoors now she has her own personal 'home comforts'.

Re: Meow

I was glad to see this thread; had posted on the other to ask about Meow. What a lovely series of pics; especially that first one. She has a sweet face, and I'll wager there are no mice foraging on your allotment!

Everything there seems to be flourishing!

Re: Meow

What a lovely looking girl

I agree that she does look happy and healthy and seems to be loving it there at the allotment. It's probably her idea of heaven with all that freedom, but still love, cuddles and food from you and your family. Puurrrfect!!!!
