Above the mantle in the lounge I have my pride and joy - its the first painting my Daughter did at her art club - its a simple beach scene, but when I saw it, my heart was blown away. Others are photos and I am waiting to have a painting put up of a cat wandering along a country lane, surrounded by countryside flowers and cottage. x |

Sweet - that's lovely! Any chance of a pic of your daughter's pic?? I've got a real mish-mash. Some limited edition prints of my fave artist, Tarkey, including some nudes which my 1st MIL absolutely hated I have some pictures that both I and hubby did (oils and pencil sketches) when at art school, our ground floor hallway is a complete wall of family pics - mainly old b/w ones. I also have an assortment of architectural prints, buildings, building details (corbels, pillars, swags etc). Oh and mirrors - lots of them - big and small. I love mirrors |
