If it was me I think I would watch for 24 hours. If your vet always fits you in on the day you ring leave it till tomorrow morning - if you need to book ahead ring now for a mid-day appointment tomorrow but cancel if it's better. I suspect it will calm down in time - cats eyes seem to react very quickly, both up and down. Hope so |

I would see how it goes for a while Moli. I was accidently poked in the eye when my children were small, it was uncomfortable for hours but gradually eased. As DM said, give it a few hours to see if it improves....The only danger is if Casper scratched his eye |

Claude came in with a sore eye the other day. He couldn't open it and it was watering terribly....but within a couple of hours it looked back to normal again so I would be inclined to wait and see Moli......Poor Ollie, hope it gets better soon x |
