Welcome back Eileen, we take having electricity for granted don't we. Like you i would hate to be without my computer and the internet. If i can't get on i feel so cut off. |

We do rely so on electricity; it's annoying when it's off for a few hours, but all night! Aaargh!! It was as quiet as the countryside last night, only an occasional car passing and the chirp of the crickets. |

Oh dear, poor you! We seem to be prone to outages as well. I have carriers and cages spread throughout the house so that wherever the ferrets are I can scoop them up and contain them, I always get worried about them being underfoot with the lights out! I've even bundled up Kuan Yin and the dogs in the car once and drove to K's work b/c they had a backup generator there I know what you mean about the internet, that's how I feel--something very important will go unanswered when I'm offline! |

I feel the same way as you Eileen, if I'm offline for a day I get withdrawal symptoms!!! Some times I just don't get time to post much but I try and read up on previous threads, Catsey is like family, I miss you when you're not there! xxx |
