Sleepy Saturday (Daily)

Morning all

Dylan and I are both sleepy today, so not likely to do much. Might go to the rescue later, I'll see how I feel.

A little bit windy round here, a few clouds about and the sun is trying it's hardest to come out (bless it - been too cold and wet lately!)

Dylan's got to lose a little bit of weight the vet said (he's teetering on the verge of becoming overweight the vet knows Dylan goes out hunting and scrounging ) He's on hills light dry food now, case of persuading it won't poison him

Anyway, have a great day everyone

Edited to say: Dylan's now glaring out of the window at the white bully cat across the road

Morning all!

I feel sleepy too this morning even though I had a good night's sleep. Have to go and get some shopping shortly, mainly for YumYum I might add, but I don't think I'll be doing much else for the rest of the day. Ed is coming over later tonight and well' have a Chinese take-out and watch the X-Factor!

Have a nice day everyone!

Re: Sleepy Saturday (Daily)

Hi all,
started off sunny here but has turned to cloudy and dull over the last few hours. We have a huge air show here in my village, of all places, and its quite strange listening to battle re enactments going on in the fields at the bottom of the road and its great to see the planes going over our houses. A big explosion at the top of the road caused our windows to rattle and Tess cat shot upstairs where she has taken refuge in my duvet. The rest are nt too bothered. We had the avro vulcan that was in the falklands war going round and round, the power from the engines was goose bump making. I got a good photo. Now theres another huge plane circling round. The Red Arrows went over about an hour ago. I hope it stays dry these two days for the show as it happens all over again 2m. (not the vulcan tho apparently). I dont need to pay to go as I can sit in the comfort of my garden with a cup of tea lol! Hope everyone has a nice weekend. Jan x

Re: Sleepy Saturday (Daily)

Hi all. A picture perfect day here. not s cloud in the sky and warming up nicely: 25C now, a lovely start to the long weekend. Went to our new farmers market this morning; got some nice locally grown Macintosh apples, one of my favorites, and a few tomatoes. Mine have stopped bearing, think they have a blight.... . No cherries though, afraid they're done for the year. That's all the news!

Jan, what fun to watch the show form your own garden! Donna, glad you're enjoying the health club. Hope it's a nice, lazy relaxing day for all.

Re: Sleepy Saturday (Daily)

Not so nice now, but it has been a lovely day here and warm enough to sit outside comfortably. Had our coffee outside and took loads of pictures of Kizzy. Downloaded 83! I do love digital photos.

Just off to see if we can find Pip anywhere. Back in a while.

Found him!

btw do try and watch Walk on the Wild Side BBC1 5.45 - caught it by chance last week. It's hilarious.

Hi all

Been yet another wet day here.

Cleaned out the chooks and did the essential housework.

Trying to decide what to eat for evening meal.

Not much happening otherwise.
