I didn't hear anything that I thought was really helpful DM It was worth a listen though........ I am using a hypnotherapy CD by Glenn Harrold at the moment......he has a very soothing, relaxing voice. I played it at 3.00am this morning when I couldn't sleep and I didn't hear the end of it! The tone of his voice and the slowness of his speech is enough to send anyone to sleep!! |

Look out for sleepytime tea when you're at the shops. It's got a bear in a nightcap on the green box and it tastes really nice Peppermint and Camomile with flavoured herbs. I take a mugful to bed and I'm out like a log. Jx |
