Good News For A ChangeWell Derek has been in his peresent job for nearly 6 years. Because it is a small house with 7 residents the chance of promotion doesn't come up very often (once in his time there). He applied to the Scottish scociety for Autism a couple of weeks ago as they were advertising for senior positions and Hes Got an interview next month!!! I'm dead chuffed for him. Although it just shows how things are getting tightend up. He has to take three forms of identity. Driving licence with his photo and two household bills with our current address plus his birth certificate. If not born in the UK then proof that you are allowd to work here.

Thanks Mags. He would really like this job. It's a good pay rise but it's working with children and teenagers. At the moment it's adults he's working with. He loves it but really would love to work with kids. |
