Tim was in the vets today

Our beautiful boy went in today to be neutered, the house without him was soooo quiet, little amber was lost without him. : (

All went well & hes home : ) they said he'd probably sleep - er, no wide awake, not want fed until later, er no, by 7.30pm he had all but fainted from lack of food, so he had a little chopped chicken which we his willing attendants
rushed to get him. Ive a feeling he has us both well trained!!

Well done you! What a brave good boy. Cuddles to help him recuperate. They come round and are back to normal so quickly.

Aah! It's over now; they do bounce back so quickly. Add a chin tickle from me, please.

Yep.. I remember that time. Sam was a little off colour for about 48 hours, but slept most of it, and then just bounced back to normal as if nothing had happened.

I don't think he knows to this day he is missing anything

I think he's a bit daft.

Re: Tim was in the vets today

My Siamese boy was the only one who seemed to mind it ... he was a bit of a drama queen anyway; walked slowly and pitifully as if he'd been stitched up too tight, and played the "I'm recovering from surgery!" card very well; he knew how to push my buttons. My next two boys each bounced out of the carrier as if nothing had happened and demanded food!
