UPDATE!!!!! My first choice has come through.....!!! On Tuesday morning I will be collecting the....... Black boy now called Quinn He will be 10wks old next week and is from a litter of 4 which I posted about before ie a colleague @ work rescued a cat from a neighbour, but didn't spey her straight away... hence 4 uglies were born... I have only 3 requirements in a cat they are either black, bald or a complete freak... combinations apply too! As I mentioned I took RigbyBigBear round to visit & he 'choose' this particular boy.... It was then I decided that if she couldn't place him somewhere he would be welcome with us! ..... Of course I kinda thought that he would be homed & so didn't build up any hopes just in case... Then Nina asked me what I'd call him and the name Quinn just popped into my head... Then she said he was the kids fav & she would probably keep that one... Now Nina, luv her dearly but the phrases 'senior moments', 'Blonde' & 'think before you speak' .... do spring to mind when Nina is around but at least she admits this herself so when I start giggling @ one of 'her moments' she generally see's the funny side too!! I as you may have gathered am quite forthright and ummm.... well gobby... so my Feline Tribe seem to mimic my lead!! The other kitten left behind, the black & white girl, is rather accident prone & 'dizzy', has fallen down the loo, got head stuck in a kitchen roll etc etc and Nina decided in the end that she was kind of suited to remain at home (the phrase takes one to know one....?).... so 7.30am Tuesday morning we will be collecting Quinn from Ninas (on me way home from a night shift, hence why not logged in during the day... ELAINE Another black boy to add to the MadCatLady's Feline Tribe.... I CAN'T WAIT!!!! Suitably ugly photos will be posted soon!!!! PS at this point I have to question.... how many cats are too many???? |

I like forthright and gobby Cannt wait to see Quinn As for how many is too many? I have no idea... as long as they are all cared for properly. My Eva dictates that Bernie is one too many, hence I ponly have two |

Collecting Quinn in 6 & 1/2 hours!!! Nina (aforementioned disty friend) now can't wait to get rid of Quinn... apparently he has been teaching 'Lucky' the kitten she is keeping how to climb wall paper!! She woke up this morning with Quinn hanging from the ceiling lampshade and Lucky sprawled half way up the wall!! He'll fit in just fine!!! And yes.... will be 'reminding' Nina that she now needs to get both mum & daughter speyed ASAP!!! |
