Telephone Interview Just Passes!

Just had a telephone interview for a Gas company as a customer service officer and passed!!!
It was really weird. I had to give them an example of customer service where I have gone the extra mile. Then something I have accomplished with my life that made me feel good.
Anyway I passed. I have my next stage interview on Tuesday at 12.30 and it will last for between 3- 3 1/2 hours

. It starts off as a group interview then goes to a one on one.
Now all I have to do is a CV. Gosh not done one of those for years!!
Feeling really nervous already.
Good exuse to go and buy something new to wear.

Congratulations. I hated the phone interview I had, put me right off ever having another one.
But good on ya for passing and all the very best for the interview.

I'm not sure if I could go through such a gruelling selection process now . . .

I guess they need to prepare you for all those stroppy customers to see how resillient you are

I also got a call from the Taxi company I had applied for as well. Got through to the next round in that too

The benefits are best with the gas board but the taxi company is working from home. They install a telephone line and broadband.That would be much easier for me with school hols ect.
