Forgotten Tuesday!

Hello to a belated Tuesday!

It's been cloudy and cool all morning but at least the rain has held off.

Went into town earlier, did a bit of shopping for my hols at the end of this month and popped into M & S for a lovely mocha topped with cream.......naughty but really nice!!

Its been raining here all day.

Ive got loads to do, packing and eveythin, not feeling a 100% today either

...(hope its not swine flu!)

Back in the office . . . and that's about it!

Weather's overcast but warm and I have a website to finish writing and lots of 'main business' stuff to get on with.

A day at the allotment for me. Phew! Just back and not even showered yet - I'll have to go off soon. A large bunch of asparagus for our supper - mmm, times like this it all seems worthwhile. I also tipped out my indoor potato pot and got a satisfying haul of lovely newbies. There is one pink strawberry .. how tantalising waiting for it to redden, along with its compatriots!

It's NOT raining!! For the first time in days, although it's unseasonable still, 0nly 13C and heavy clouds and a raw East wind. Got to the market finally for Leia's favorite Fancy Feast chicken that she's been grumbling about not having; also a new light bulb for the fridge ...funny how much you miss it when it's dark in there. And popped into the soggy garden and the tomatoes, etc. that I put out Saturday look fine; not bothered by the incessant rain, although the iris look awful...they were blooming so nicely.

Janey, bon voyage and hope you're feeling better! DM: fresh asparagus from the allotment ...I'm drooling on the keyboard ......

Im going to Cala d'Or in Mallorca... Ive just started to pack, ive given up now though lol... Only need to put my clothes in now.

Evening all. been a busy day here, getting in all the animals food etc and some shopping. I'm happy to report that Topaz has gone to her new home

So that just leaves Cheetah for the time being. Hoping to have a nice quiet evening. Enjoy your hols Jane.

Thought I was a late one today but saw that the Tuesday thread was late starting anyways,

so don't feel so bad. I missed y'all yesterday, had a lie-in then got up and went out for a long drive down to the coast. Blew the cobwebs away after my cold.

Have a great Majorcan holiday Jane, hope the weather is warmer than here, brrrr. DM, you must be sending the cold winds across from the raw Eastside of the States for us. Its grey and bleak here. Got my head in a book again, its that sort of day. Hope you all got thru it ok today, see you tomorrow
