Dog walkingJust back from a lovely walk with the girls. I love Autumn afternoon dog walks,  2 hours out and about and I feel great, not a twinge.I tried for some pictures, but really they do not stand still long enough - I will upload them and see what I've got bet its mostly bums... Karen
