1300 school kids off out of 1600I just heard the tail end of this on newsround! I couldnt believe it. Anybody hear anymore about it? IE what virus it is or anything????

There seems to be a virus going it's rounds, sore throats, sickness and the like!!Jac's little girl has had it twice!! |

hmm, in my area it's a chesty cough and VERY sore throat. i got it and it went into bronchitis and tonisilitis. Both my kids had it, were throwing up too. IF it the same one then it takes 3-4 weeks to go! So many kids off though, it must be a virilant one |

the half of my school is off ill with it !!! all my classes are empty!! I hope I don't get it i have 100 % attendence so far  |

well they say vit c helps.I got some chewable 120mg tablets and took one every 6 hours for first fewd ays, then three times a day after that. Not sure if it helped or not! |
