Hi, great site !
Any tips for an overweight 6 year old moggie who loves her food ?

And I was wondering if anyone had any tips for a 1 year old who loves her food and puts NO weight on!

Try giving her less food - especially those treats!

Hi Mags, welcome to the forum!

How about taking her out on a lead for regular exercise? Better still, take her with you to Sainsbury's - kills two birds and all that

After a week in to stud, I reckon she could be puttin a little weight on in the not too distant future

Try feeding her dried food only but make sure there is plently of fresh water for her to drink in a seperate bowl.

Dried food e x p a n d s as it soaks up liquid (ever see dried food in the water bowl?!) this means the cats cannot eat too much because they feel full-up!
