I need Help ASAPjust out walking rocky came across a very scared collie dog only a puppy fur is matted and very thin but its scared of humans and i cant catch it dog warden is closed on weekends and RSPCA will not help me any suggestions quick! please!

I know this sounds silly but does he follow your dog? if so you could try and encourage him to comewith you that way, keeping yours on the lead along with bits of something nice like chicken/ham dropped at intervals. Until you can get him somewhere you can catch him. Good luck, |
