We already know that too much red meat is bad and alchol. You have to decrease it gradually or it can bring on an attack. The anti inflamitary's that he takes, in time can cause stomoch ulcers . That much I know as I take them. I'll do a wee google. (why do I never think of that?) Thanks |

Too much spicey food is bad. My OH had his first and only attack (many years ago) after inadvertantly having curry 3 days in a row. He took the medication and hasn't been troubled since. It's very painful so I hope Derek is well soon |
