weight gain....


I lost a lot of weight when I was ill, need now to build myself up a bit, any ideas, that do not include exercise!

Ah, but it all sits around my middle. The top bit and the bottom bit I'm happy with, but I'd love to get rid of my 4 month pregnant looking tummy, lol!!

Thats something that comes to us all Alex, think they call it middle age spread!I have a lot round my middle too....
