A bittersweet anniversary. But it's lovely to have the chance to remember Merlin - we all loved him here. He was such a huge part of your lives that the hole he left must still be very painful.

A year already. Dear Merlin had a good long happy life and is playing at the Bridge now free of infirmities and pain. He was such a special cat, and loved here on Catsey as if he were one of ours. I'm not ashamed to say I cried at his passing. That's a lovely collage, Angie. I remember his tea party that was such fun.

Skoal, Merlin, I'll raise a glass to you, and I hope to meet you one day at the Bridge along with my gang when I come to it!
