Morning Moli, morning all!

It's a wet miserable day here and I've been to the hairdressers.......I always seem to pick the wet days for some reason!

How exciting that your kitchen is almost finished Moli, don't expect we'll see you here tonight then Don't forget our pics please!

Enjoy your day all.....wet or dry!

Rotten day today, wet and miserable

Salt is sleeping on the windowsill (inside) and Timmy is sleeping on my fleece coat under the stairs (he's not stupid)

Moli - would love to see some pics of the kitchen . . . I love looking at remodelling of kitchens

Wet here too now Oh well. It is October after all!!

Managed to get Dominik to nursery on time as was only woken once in the night to feed the small one so feel quite proud of myself! Have just finished a huge bowl of melon and prawns for lunch and am busy emailing archtiectural practices to see if we can start the ball rolling on remodelling our basement! Am certain Sebastian will wake and yell shortly so am trying to get through as much as possible as quickly at possible!!

Well done Yola for managing to get through the night and this morning on your own with Dominik and Sebastian

How did the visit to the nurse go yesterday Yola?

Thanks for asking Mags. Well, there doesn't seem to be any infection, but she did swab it for analysis just incase. I have to keep the wound covered and dry as she thought it would close up on its own, but from the inside . . . i.e., the outside of the 1.5CM that's still open will remain 'untidy'!!

She also mentioned she'd seen a few c-sections that have opened up similarly recently . . . that's a worry

It's all a bit of discomfort and annoyance I could have done without . . . I'd desperate to start some tummy toning exercises and get back into some normal and nice clothes

That is rather worrying.....my first thought is someone isn't doing their job properly or forgotten their training!

Hopefully it will heal soon, then you can start those exercises

Hi, Alexgirl, can't say "Bah humbug"to me today as it's miserable here also; our two brief days of summer are gone! 64 degrees now with leaden sky & rain threatening, the forecast high tomorrow is 54 degrees! Yola: hope you keep healing; that's sort of worrisome. Moli: good news about the kitchen,,,looking forward to pics.
