Problem solved!!My broadband kept cutting out, really annoying. Spent days trying to reset, then I remembered that MSN had 'updated' and added new security, which of course meant my puter was running TWO firescreens. Lor I can be thick - as soon as I switched one off (the free one) broadband came back. Sigh. I am such a technophobe.
