Politics

All very interesting at the mo
Just watched John Cole on BBC24 - remember him? He retired in 1992 Oh my - 14 years ago, seems like last year.

Anyway - a plague on all their houses; I'm old enough to have sighed a sigh of relief and said 'Thank goodness he/she has gone' twice, so I won't get my hopes up again. One lying self-serving b@stard goes and another one comes in.

What a terrible pity that John Smith died. I remember him answering the question as to why he was a politician by saying there was only one reason - to speak for those who couldn't speak for themselves.
