Wobbly Wednesday

Well I am a bit wobbly, Op went well home yesterday and slept.
Bandages off Friday and a brace fitted then, may be able to have a walking stick then instead of crutches but wait and see. Then stitches out 1st Oct and another support may be given then.
So all systems go can negotiate the house fine holding furniture crutches do not work well with me.
Sitting with my leg up when I forget it starts to ache yet to find ideal position for it but the dressing and bandages make it very heavy. Got pain killers and taking them - today and tomorrow should be the worst but this is not to bad at the moment. Doing my leg exercise as told by the physio. Go back to physio on the 2nd Oct to move on to next phase.....
So should be up for the quiz tonight providing I stay awake.....

Re: Wobbly Wednesday

Morning! Great to hear from you Kazz, glad things went well and sounds like you are being sensible and good. Hope that cups of tea are making appearances every so often and that you have a good book to read?

Very gloomy here but forecast is an improving picture. Load of logs delivered this morning, so I may help with stacking but sometimes my puff lets me down if I'm bending etc. I'll see how it goes, but poor OH needs a hand what with his hip/knee/ankle (golf induced) pain.

OH and dogs have just got home, so I must go and make coffee.

See you later, alligators!

Re: Wobbly Wednesday

Hi There! don't know what time the quiz is but I'll check in from time to time.
Not much done today except for shopping, the roofers have stripped off the old tiles and felted and battened everything, removed the dry verges and are good to go tomorrow, hope the rain keeps off. we had a huge sower this morning preceded by a marvellous double rainbow, it was so beautiful I took a photo. If ever I needed a sign that Posh is in a better place I had it today, she sent it for me She's playing at the bridge. I'll upload the photo later. x

PS. Thumbs up Kazz, glad it went well.
