Many phone calls and internet searches, my brain hurts going over the whole thing. Calling it a night for now, will see how I feel tomorrow and try some more. |

The bad news, cannt get a cheaper quote with out it affecting the excess Oh well ho hum.... The good news? Last incident has gone in my favour, as it should have coz the taxi driver was in the wrong and he lied, so I'll atleast get my £200 excess that i had to pay the garage back. It's better than a poke in the eye with a rusty nail.... |

Sort of, Insurance companies set the excess and if you are found at fault or the issue remains unresolved, in order to get the damage fixed, you have to pay that amount and the Insurance pays the rest. |
