Really, Karen? Were you an Elvis fan then? I love them both; can still remember seeing the Beatles on TV on the Ed Sullivan show on their first trip to the States! |

Gosh - I hate to admit it to, I never liked the Beatles, OR Elvis !! In 1977 (when I was 12) our music teacher disected this album in minute detail for us during music class . . . that probably killed any potential affection for the Beatles and their music stone-dead sadly However, I have to say the track 'She's Leaving Home' has always struck a chord for some reason - maybe I like it's melancholy and fatalistic theme. |
