"Something!" I agree, Kazz, too quiet. I just came back on line expecting lots of posts. Saturday which is usually quiet was busy yesterday.

Sorry - just back from having supper and clearing up.

MIL caused OH to be upset just before supper - she does that fairly regularly now. We are going to have to eat separately, otherwise OH won't eat anything. He is so silly and gets really fed up.

Sorry to hear that, Angie. That situation isn't getting any easier, nor do I think it will... so sorry.

OH does make it worse because he doesn't seem to have accepted that his mum's brain isn't working like it used to. He reacts when he doesn't need to and gets us all worked up unnecessarily.

No, rarely watch anything beside the news, and the TV is in the kitchen anyway. I'm going to go over to OFF if it doesn't perk up here and play the word games. And I need to Google a recipe for hot pickled cauliflower.

I may go and read my soap making book ................ or my Family History magazine, or my Timetables of History book!!!

Or play solitaire ..................................... I have a nice glass of red wine to go with that.
