Yet another Leia pic


This one shows off her long tail nicely...sitting in the little window beside the fireplace...her nickname as a kitten was Leia Longtail; she's grown into it since but it's still a pretty long stripey tail.....

She is one smart cat Eileen!!! Does her tail stand upright when she walks around, or does she hold it level with her body?

She carries it straight up with a curve at the tip. She has 9 rings on the tail, don't know why I ever bothered counting them, but it's such a long one!

Good one, Mags! She generally ignores the odd fly that gets in; sometimes will swipe at it with a paw. My other blue torbie, Misty was death on flies...somehow she could plot a trajectory and leap up and catch the fly between her paws, and then (ugh!)...eat it! They never stood a change with her around.
