Remembering Sam

It's nearly a year ago now that I had to part with my lovely springer spaniel Sam. His ashes are buried in the garden under a tree we planted for him. I wanted something to show he was there though so got one of these....

I'm rather pleased with it.

Yes it's stone, I got it from this chap. He was really helpful and sent me some proof designs to choose from.

Hope that works.

Very nice. I've just bid on a memorial for Sasha on ebay, but I like that, will go well in the garden.

Re: Remembering Sam

The memorial stone is lovely, i never thought to look on ebay.
When we lost Benji i managed to find a stepping stone with a yellow sunshine on. He loved the sun so i thought it would be nice for him to sleep under it.
It helps ease the pain a bit doesn't it.

Re: Remembering Sam

I know what you mean, I would hate to think he had been forgotten. They are such a big part of your family and when you lose them it's awful. I still sit by his tree and chat to him now
